Bringing the local back into local Real Estate. Paul Engle the proprietor had a dream of creating a successful website that would help Agents and Agencies have a more personal interaction with their clients. This program allows local merchants from different aspects of home care to health care get noticed. Ever go to a Real Estate Website? Where is the personal touch that we want and demand? Score Client Appointment Scheduling & Tracking System  The local Score513 Chapter here in PA was looking for a for a solution to handle end users to access their activity schedule for their 3 locations and have the ability to add them self to meet with a counselor on a specific day and time.  To view a demo of the site click here.  It has a ton of administrative functions that help them work more productively.  This solution also allows the counselors to schedule themselves to be at a particular location when needed.  With the ability to view client information, customize the schedule, add detail information that is necessary to help the client, this solution meets all their needs.

RLM Enterprises (philadelphiascene.com)  Phillyscene.com is a complete face lift with a clean, robust back end to better manage their site.   Due to some functions RLM requested, we had to leave the site XHTML Transitional since some functions by vendors are not compliant.  All banner advertisements are dynamic as well ad the navigation and the listings.  A back end administrator allows RLM to manage the site as needed. Now a fully validated site RLM can focus on getting listed higher on search listings.

Virtual Giving  Virtual Giving is a web site developer for non profit organizations.   They have template sites that the organizations can purchase and customize to their needs.  This site is Object Oriented Programming (OOP).  Less pages to edit, all information is stored and formatted from a database connection.  This makes management very easy with the back end administration.  The site is clean, informative, fast, colorful, and being object oriented updates on a global level are fast and easy.

Planned Giving Company  PGMinder is a complete application that helps Planned Giving organizations track their prospecting and closures.  This program is a complete database of client tracking to the max!  Full calculations of orders, from percentages to year end calculations, fully loaded reporting from organization to individual levels this program makes everyone's job easier to keep track of their information.   This program was originally created in Excel which caused problems in tracking all activity.  Since converted to an internet application reporting can be done easier on a global to individual level. 

Jason Lane Graphic Arts  Jason Lane Graphic Arts is one of our graphic designers. He has been creating computer graphics for over 20 years.  His skills also include corporate entertainment, photography, and marketing.  His site is a sample of his work and information about his business.  A Valid 1.0 XHTML site, clean and easy navigation gives his clients an experience that is informative and pleasant. All American Allied  All American Allied is a construction company in North Wales, PA. A growing company has seen that more clients are not aware of laws and specs of rebuilding basements, and decks as well as other needs.   They needed an easy way to help clients get the information needed to upgrade their house legally and to specs.  Also with the ability to show off previous work that has been completed it gives them the added selling tool they need.  A Valid 1.0 XHTML site, it's still under construction (don't mind the pun) but sure to keep All American Allied top in their clients head.

Data Link Computer Services   Data Link Computer Services has a need for an internal CMS and CRM customized from head to toe to meet their internal needs. This project is more than just PHP and MySQL, that's the easy part. The technology being used is 90% Javascript utilizing Ajax to it's fullest extent. Soon to be completed but when it's 100% done SIMM LLC can NOW say we are proficient in Javascript and Ajax!

Earbuzz.com   This site has the ability to provide an honest service to artists throughout the world. As with most of our clients they have gone through many programmers to try and resolve the issues and bugs of their website. Looks great, the navigation is easy to use, but unfortunatly the PHP and Ajax development of this site is with a lack of better words "horrible", poorly written queries can kill a website, well this one takes the cake. SIMM LLC. has planned to create Earbuzz with the right solution and optimized site. We have already started some changes, do a search on the home page that search used to take 36 seconds now it only takes 6. More to come and more Success to happen for Earbuzz in the near future.
